The Airene Acacia is an orange wine aged in acacia barrels made from the Spanish grape Airen. It's buttery-gold in colour and has a peachy aroma with hints of apricot, quince jam, and orange zest. The wine has low acidity and a refreshing flavour profile reminiscent of peach-orange juice. The Acacia is more refined than its stainless steel counterpart, with a mineral finish but still bursting with fruit flavours.
