We do not accept return or exchanges of products unless they have been delivered in a damaged condition. Please contact us immediately if your order has arrived damaged.
What if I’m unhappy with my items or I’ve changed my mind about my purchase. Can I get a refund?
We have a strictly no refund policy once payment has been received for any order (see below for modifying orders after payment). Once orders are fulfilled and delivered, we unable to accept returns, whether it’s an incorrect purchase or if you’ve changed your mind after receiving the items.
I’ve made a mistake in my order. Is it too late to correct it?
If you have made an error in your order, contact us immediately. We can update both your order items*, your shipping address or contact details. Please note that we fulfill orders quickly and cannot modify your order after it has been packed and shipped. Please ensure you have included your correct address details in English so that there will be no delays in shipping.
*Customers may be liable for additional charges if the order total exceeds that of the original order. Where the modified order total is below the original order total, customers will receive credit in the form of discount codes for future purchases.
