How does Coronavirus (COVID-19) affect my orders?
With the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we understand the worries you may have about your health, safety and the hygiene practices implemented by Drunken Farmer and our logistics partners. Be rest assured that you are in safe hands with our stringent hygiene practices and protocols. We have also taken additional measures to safeguard the health and safety of our community. Learn more.
Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
Yes, we ask that all customers create an account with us to purchase items. This helps us with better customer service and fraud prevention. Your account allows you to save and edit your delivery details and create product wish lists and a whole lot more. Besides, it only takes 1 minute (we timed it)!
I have a discount code - how do I use it?
If you have a valid discount code for a particular offer, please enter the code, and click the "Apply" button so that your cart is updated to reflect the discount. Please apply discount codes before using Express Checkout or Proceeding with payment.
What payment methods can I use?
We offer Express Checkout using ShopPay (by Shopify), GooglePay, and ApplePay. ApplePay can only be used when viewing our website using Safari.
By clicking the 'Credit card' button you can checkout using Visa, Amex and Mastercard. These payments are processed by ShopPay (Shopify Payments). All payment gateways we use are secure. We do not store your credit card details on our website.
Can I edit my order?
If you wish to change delivery details, your contact details or the products in your order, you must contact us immediately after making your order. If the edited order total is less than the original order total, store credits will be given to the customer. If the order total is more than the original order total, an email will be sent to the customer to complete payment.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Once payment has been processed we cannot offer refund. We can edit order as per the terms and conditions above.
I made an error in my delivery address, will I still get my order?
Local orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be returned to Drunken Farmer. Please contact us immediately if you discover that you have given us incorrect or incomplete delivery address details.
How much is delivery?
- $6 Delivery Fee for Orders Totals $50 or below
- $4 Delivery Fee for Orders Totals $50.01 to $100
- FREE Delivery for Orders Totals $100.01 and above

I don't live in Singapore, can I order from overseas?
We currently don't offer international orders or delivery.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will be fulfilled within 1 business day. Orders placed before 4pm SGT Monday to Friday will be fulfilled the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be fulfilled the following business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation message from us or our delivery partner containing information about your delivery.
Can I return or exchange products?
We do not accept return or exchanges of products unless they have been delivered in a damaged condition. Please contact us immediately if your order has arrived damaged.
Where are your products stocked?
Our products are stocked right here at our sunny little island - Singapore! You can also purchase our wines from our restaurant partners Open Farm Community and The Butcher's Wife.
Can I purchase wines wholesale for my restaurant or business?
Yes we distribute all of our wines. Please drop us a message with your contact details and we'll get in touch with you.
