This bright crimson wine is crafted from organically grown and hand harvested Nerello Mascalese grapes from high altitude terraced vineyards in Mt Etna, Sicily. As per tradition, the grapes are picked and fermented together with small quantities of indigenous white varieties. Featuring a combination of cherry aromas and savoury undertones, this wine is dry on the palate, with juicy tannins, vibrant red fruit flavours and mineral notes from the volcanic soils—a true taste of Sicily!
