Quinn, Alison and Mina Hobbs are the proprietors behind Hollow Wines, a "planet-first" winery. Dedicated to his minimal intervention winemaking approach, Quinn considers himself a practitioner of No B.S. winemaking, which he equates to minimum intervention, and using wild yeasts with no additives other than minimal sulfur in order to express the grapes' true terroir while remaining 100% vegan and sustainable. He believes that natural wine making is about remaining true to the earth, and while some might call it natural winemaking, he prefers to say it's "simply good winemaking".
