“Truffière” is the name of a small parcel of schist and marl, planted with very old Carignan and Grenache. Complex aromas of fresh fruits like cherry and strawberry, some spices. Great silky feeling on the palate. The fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, are crunchy and fresh. Some spiciness dominates in the finish, which is long and pure. An intense and fresh wine.
