This one-of-a-kind wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Auxerrois with skin contact, resulting in a wine that is somewhere between a light red, rose, and orange. With no added sulfites, filtering, or fining, the completely native fermentation process allows for a pure and raw expression of terroir. The nose is aromatic, with notes of cooked raspberry, roselle, rhubarb, and black tea, and the mouthfeel is well-balanced, with flavours of fresh strawberries and a long finish.
