Produced by the Barranco Oscuro winery in the Alpujarra region of Granada, this citrusy wine is grown at an altitude of 1300 metres above sea level on poor, stony, slate soils. By directly pressing the grapes during the vinification process, the wine is allowed to ferment in stainless steel tanks before being bottled to generate its fresh and delightfully natural bubbly taste of apples and pomelos on the tongue. Being an ancestral and natural wine, this 500-bottle limited edition off-dry Pet Nat then remains in the bottle for a year until disgorging, and is perfect for a lazy summer afternoon paired with a cheese board and creamy pasta.
