Very elegant organoleptic profile, exploding in red and blackberries, with tobacco, wet leaves, menthol and black olives aromas, with an enveloping intensity. Light to medium texture, soft tannins and a long-lasting finish.

The "Noir Special Vintage" by Paraschos is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, aged for 60 months on yeasts in used 5 hectolitre oak barrels. It comes from a small vineyard at the foot of Mount Sabotino, resting on a soil based on very rare blue marl.
