This wine is a real gem. It pours a yellowish straw colour, and if you find any sediment at the bottom of the bottle, don't be alarmed; that's simply part of its rustic appeal. Let's now discuss the nose. It has a lovely baked apple base and a subtle apricot flavour, and it is elegant and fruity. Additionally, there are some rounded dairy notes that provide a touch of richness, and it all comes together with a faint banana scent that gives it a special touch. This wine definitely shines on the palate. It has a lot of texture from the skins that have given it that tenacity and it is excellent and flavorful. Every taste is a trip with the ideal amount of complexity and fruitiness.
