A rich and elegant hidden gem with over a decade of aging, this wine displays amazing acidity and energy, and boasts mature earthy notes with hints of cedar and plums. Crafted from the Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot varietals grown at an altitude of 1,300 - 1,368M, the wine's refreshing quality is in perfect balance with its rich and mature flavors, and pairs well with heavy flavours such as roast meats, duck, and lamb. During production, the grapes underwent 7-10 days of maceration, and were aged separately in barrels for a year, before ageing together for another year.
