Elisabeth comes from a family of winegrowers in the Côte d´Or since 1470. She was interested in working in the vineyard and in wine from an early age. In 1979 she obtained her oenology diploma from the Beaune wine school, confirming her lifelong vocation.
It was at this time, after a period with Jules Chauvet that she oriented her approach towards natural winemaking.
She will pass on this sensitivity to her children, who will apply her precepts from their first vinification.
The two brothers Ludovic and Emilien joined forces in 2006.
By gradually taking over vines in the Côte and Hautes Côtes de Beaune, they naturally continued the work started by their parents Elisabeth and Christophe.
Their objective: to transcribe as faithfully as possible the influence of the terroirs on the wines while respecting the vines and the soils. They have turned towards natural sulfur-free vinifications and the non-use of oenological inputs.
