The Airene Acacia from Vinos Ambiz stems from the Spanish Airen grape variety aged in oak barrels. It’s aromatic, like peach, fresh apricot, quince jam, orange zest, buttery-gold hue, wine with low acidity, and a cool flavour that reminds us of Peach-Orange Juice. Like its stainless steel counterpart, the “Acacia” is also very explosive and very rich in fruit, but more refined with a more mineral finally.
