Generally speaking, organic wines are produced made from certified organically grown grapes at vineyards. No chemical fertilisers, herbicides, fungicides or pesticides are used for grape growing. Biodynamic wines are made with a set of farming practices that views the farm or vineyard as a single ecosystem that functions as a whole. The balance of the this ecosystem creates a self-sustaining growing system. Natural wines are produced as naturally as possible, without the use of technology. Natural wines are produced using naturally occurring yeasts for fermentation and little or no sulphites.
