Gratavinum Silvestris is a really wild and natural wine. It's made with simply fermented grape juice and the wild yeasts from the grapes themselves, with no added ingredients.
It has a lovely dark garnet colour with violet overtones, and the scent is powerful - driven by these delicious notes of ripe red and black fruit that are so clean and high-purity. And you can perceive a little tan backdrop from the casks, which contributes to the wine's richness.
