Red Pet-Nat il Barrusco (translates to something like 'rough and tumble') is a blend of Neretta (that rare native Piedmont variety prized for its dark colour and spicy tannins), barbera and dolcetto.
Bone dry, tart, some friendly tannins and searing acidity that will cut through the fat of anything you want to throw at it. Charcuterie, Pates and a rich pasta like original Ragu Bolognese.
