Le Brutal De Jean Marc 2018

Region: Alsace, France 

Grapes: Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois

Style: Orange short maceration

White fruit, in a mineral body, young pink peaches and apricots have a quite primary play, with something melon-ish and light honey tones in the background. Firm tropical sours with a tiny fizz and present yeasts and some earthy vegetal tones.

Region: Alsace, France 

Grape:  Pinot Noir

Style: Deep and complex wine

Pur Pinot Noir, with a light to medium structure, intense aromas of ripe prunes and strawberries with a hint of raisins. Tannins are presents, but fine makes this wonderful pinot noir smooth and very very drinkable. Worthy of the name Brutal.

La Bulle de Claude 2015

Grapes: Riesling, Sylvaner

Style: Light and vibrant sparkling

Dry, lively and energetic wine with aromas of herbs, honey, red apple, a bit of yeast and traces of brioche. Becomes creamier when the temperature of the wine rises.

Style: Aromatic and fragrant white

The entrance of this Riesling is powerful, with aromas of Tangerine, mango, malt. The finish wraps all that power in beautiful crispy aromas of lime and citrus peel.
