Gorgeous and complex aromas of butterscotch, candied fruit, and honey. The palate is round yet fresh with notes of sunkissed apricot, nectarine and a touch of toasted sesame seeds.
A blend of Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc that comes from the vineyard called Slatnik located between the towns of San Floriano del Collio and Oslavia at about 250 meters of altitude and with northeast exposure and loamy-clayey soil of Ponka.
The wine is aged in the underground cellar on its lees for three years in large Slavonian oak Botti (15 -25 hectoliters).
